Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all parts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at jared@ciscousa.com. Please list your order number. One of our representatives will make a case regarding your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll walk you through the steps, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

90-Day Warranty

Cisco Sales Corp. warrants the Beckford Bar to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. There is an official warranty card inside of every item. This warranty is effective only in the USA. If the Beckford Bar is found to be defective or fails function, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the owner. Owner will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Product cannot be damaged from use or have visible scratches, finger prints, smudges, or be marked. Please pack all parts securely, tape well, and seal back up in original color box packaging and white mail order box. Ship freight pre-paid along with $19.95 for shipping and handling for the return.

All warranty claims must be accompanied with a copy of your sales receipt showing the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, misuse, and alteration. If this item is serviced or repaired by somebody other than Cisco Sales Corp. the warranty is void. This warranty gives owner specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state; some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations.

 

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (without the original shipping and handling fee) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
